ShoeString winter warmth insoles for shoes and boots are dual-layered, made from natural lambs’ wool with a latex backing, designed to trap in the heat. The latex back absorbs shock transferred to the legs and joints from walking and running, while the soft wool insulates your favourite boots and shoes for winter.

How to fit ShoeString insoles:

The insole can be trimmed to any size ranging from ladies’ UK size 3 (EU 36) to men’s UK size 11 (EU 45). For best results, trim insole slightly larger than desired size and then insert into your chosen footwear. Use your hand to feel the insole inside the shoe and ensure that the insole is sitting flush with the toe and heel of the shoe. If the insole is slightly larger than your shoe size, trim a little at a time until it fits.
