Famaco Permanent Dye for Suede and Leather 50ml

Famaco Permanent Dye for Suede and Leather is a product designed to dye and recolour suede and leather materials. It is a permanent dye that can restore the colour of faded or discoloured leather and suede items.

The product comes in a 50ml bottle with a brush applicator for easy and precise application and protective gloves. It is available in a variety of colours to match the original colour of the material or to create a new colour if the original leather/suede has faded. Always dye products darker as it is very difficult to dye dark colours light.

To use Famaco Permanent Dye, you need to clean the surface of the material first with a leather or suede cleaner. Then, shake the bottle well and apply the dye with the brush applicator. IF you’re dying trainers or part of a shoe, try and cover the areas which you don’t want to dye with masking tape to prevent any drips that may occur. We also recommend dying from the centre of the product out to the edges as the dye will naturally catch the fibres of the material and spread. This will help prevent dying any outer ridges that you don’t want to necessarily dye. Once applied, allow the dye to dry completely and then buff the surface with a clean cloth to restore the texture of the material.

It is important to note that Famaco Permanent Dye for Suede and Leather is designed for use on natural suede and leather materials only and should not be used on synthetic materials. Also, it is recommended to do a colour test on a small and inconspicuous area before applying the dye to the whole surface.
