They have natural elasticity which means that less impact is transferred to the feet and joints.

How to fit ShoeString insoles:

The insoles can be purchased in any size ranging from ladies’ UK size 3 (EU 36) to men’s UK size 12 (EU 47). If the insole is slightly larger than your shoe size, you can trim a little at a time until it fits.
