ShoeString gel ultra-insoles for shoes and boots are designed to spread pressure evenly across your feet, offering better cushioning than any other type of insole. The anatomical shape of this gel comfort insole softens the key pressure points on the sole of the foot. Gel insoles noticeably reduce the strain transferred to the spine from the shock created through walking or running. The gel base is designed to provide an anti-slip grip within the shoe ensuring that the insole remains in the correct position. These insoles can also be washed by hand and worn again and again.

ShoeString Gel Comfort insoles are purposely designed to maximise comfort. The gel is arranged in honeycomb structure throughout the insole to provide a massaging effect and help circulate air around the shoe. This insole is finished with a velour layer, which is soft and warming on the base of the foot.

How to fit ShoeString insoles:

The insole can be trimmed to any size ranging from ladies’ UK size 3 (EU 36) to men’s UK size 11 (EU 45). For best results, trim insole slightly larger than desired size and then insert into your chosen footwear. Use your hand to feel the insole inside the shoe and ensure that the insole is sitting flush with the toe and heel of the shoe. If the insole is slightly larger than your shoe size, trim a little at a time until it fits. Make sure you don’t trim too much; gaps in the sole may result in the insole sliding around inside the shoe.
